02.-07.03.2010 – CeBIT 2010: Focus on data protection and cloud computing

It's doors open again at the CeBIT in Hanover from 2-6 March 2010. This year, the theme at the world's biggest trade fair for IT is "Connected Worlds". With the rise of networking, the search is on for suitable solutions to master the technical and organisational challenges it presents. Against this intresting background, GROUP Business Software AG is again exhibiting jointly with GEDYS IntraWare GmbH at stand B20 in Hall 2.

At the GROUP exhibition stand the company is focusing on two of the issues which are currently defining the IT market: data protection and cloud computing. GROUP Technologies, the Email, Archiving and Administration Division, is making this year's appearance at the trade fair all about data protection and presenting the family of encryption products in the iQ.Suite email management solution: iQ.Suite Crypt for B2B communication, iQ.Suite WebCrypt for B2C encryption and the new iQ.Suite KeyManager for central management of keys and certificates. You will also be able to find out about iQ.Suite ClientAdmin, the intelligent solution for management of Notes infrastructures.

GROUP Live, the Division for Cloud Computing and Platform-as-a-Service, will be represented for the first time at CeBIT and will exhibit its innovative Cloud Platform which will allow businesses to SaaS-enable their own solutions. This highly flexible and scaleable platform is a cost-efficient entry level option which will allow companies and software suppliers (ISVs) to simplify and fully automate management and monitoring of application environments. Just recently, GROUP Live won the coveted IBM Lotus Award.

Experts from both Divisions will be available during the trade fair and will be giving presentations and live demos to familiarise visitors with their solutions.
